Registered cars will only be allowed to participate in Hotrod-A-Rama event areas. YOU MUST PRE-REGISTER FOR THIS EVENT!!!!!  We will NOT be registering cars at the event. You must get all your friends on board with this. I cannot stress this enough. Again, No registering at the event. We don't want to make on the spot decisions for acceptance. 

This is a pre-1965 Hot Rod and Custom Car Show. Special exceptions may be made for specialty 1960's era race cars that fit into the whole vibe of the show. We will be very strict about this cutoff date. 

I must stress one very important point. NO RATRODS, BUSES, HEARSES, FIRE TRUCKS, 4x4s, BILLETMOBILES AND GENERAL SCHLOCK RODS!

They have no place at our show. We will be staying true to traditional style cars only. The registration process will have you including 4 good pictures of your car, truck or race car. 

PS. All crying baby dolls, stuffed animals, and goofy shit will be executed expeditiously via onsite burn barrel which has a direct line to the gods of speed!

If you are in doubt if your vehicle fits into the criteria for the show, you can email pictures of your car to Admissions Division, and we will be gentle as possible in critiquing your car for acceptance. In order to stay true to the spirit of HOTROD-A-RAMA SOUTHWEST we have to be particular or else it would just like any other car show. If your car is denied, please do not be offended. It's nothing personal we are just trying to maintain certain standards. 

Registration fee is $65.00 for three big days of great cars, great food, great music and most of all great people. You will get your money's worth. That's a lot of fun for 65 clams I'd say. We've got to cover the cost of putting on an event of this size. 

Once your car is registered and accepted into the event, we will be sending you a packet with everything you need to know about the show on or before May1st of 2026. 

You will be notified by email if you are approved for the event. If your vehicle is approved for the event, you will be directed to a webpage to pay with Pay Pal. This is the preferred method of payment please. 

Please note signing up releases HOTROD-A-RAMA, The City of Prescott and businesses from any liability while at event.
